Church response to COVID-19
During COVID-19, our church building and facilities are for limited use and follows State restrictions and Church guidelines.
Our first service after lockdown was 6 December 2020 at 10AM. As we are using electronic recording of those who attend, the seating capacity of the church is 100.
The service will also be live-streamed and recorded. If you do attend please follow the directions. Entry will be through one door and exit via another. Masks must be worn and social distancing applies.

Services
Sunday Services - The first service after lockdown will be Sunday, 6 December 2020, at 10:00am. It will be a combined communion service with both the English and Fijian congregations. Seating in the church will be limited. Overflow spaces will be used. The service will be live streamed.
The current advice from the Uniting Church is -
- Indoor religious gatherings and ceremonies: A density quotient of 1 per 2 sqm applies if using electronic record keeping of attendees which we do.
- While attending a religious gathering there are steps you need to take to keep yourself and others safe including not sharing food, drink or items.
- You must wear a face mask at all times, unless you have a lawful reason not to. You should maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres from others.
Weddings and Funerals - Current advice is -
- No maximum attendee cap but with density quotient of 1 per 2 sqm applies when using electronic record keeping which we do.
Group singing is safest when the following measures are applied:
- singing outside or in a well-ventilated room (with windows open)
- physical distancing of at least 2 metres between each person while singing
- short performances (of less than an hour)
- wearing a mask when singing indoors
- singing softly.
- Performers (choirs etc.) should be 5 meters from the audience where practical.
- Fans,free-standingorceiling,are not recommended for use in enclosed indoor spaces for singing.
Please do not attend a wedding or a funeral if you feel unwell.
